  1. Have work for the post office for 42 years, its getting close for me to leave but be for I do the union in my office can not fight for our rights .
    Management doing clerk work.
pse getting 60 hrs while we have regulars on the ot getting less.
I could go on but no matter we grieve nothing happens . If I wasn’t so close to getting out I would leave the union.

  2. Can anyone tell me who can look into wrongdoing by my supervisor after I reported an injury to her? She falsified by 3971 forms and violated the FMLA. I am a former employee and have been run all over the place. No one seems to know who can answer my questions about this supervisor breaking postal rules and regulations.
After reporting this injury, this supervisor came after me (calling me into her office several times a day to sit in silence and then threatening to fire me if I left her office and after I filed an OWCP claim, she issued me a Letter of Warning; then 2 suspensions for things others were doing). I was told to contact the APWU but everything I have seen says “for members only.” Can someone tell me who knows about FMLA and those 3971 forms. I also think she violated my rights. I have a disability. Because of this supervisor, I am now indigent and living below the poverty level; sleeping on the floor…have lost everything I worked for in my lifetime.

    Thank you.

  3. Just wanted to comment on how crooked the USPS is. I retired 2009, voluntary early retirement.
The fact is that I wanted out had 3 accepted injuries but wanted out asap, 6 months later I wrote to personnel to try to file for a change to disability status, never heard from them. I called 3 months later they said that my case was forwarded to Personnel in Washington and never heard again every time i Called they said they would return my call and nothing. Im better off I think, within a year I initiated my social security disability and a year later I got full social security retirement, I don’t have to worry about the USPS looking over my shoulder.

  5. USPS does not honor Express Mail or Priority Mail envelopes printed from Pitney Bowes Postage Meters. Express Mail and Priority Mail must be purchased at the post office or the post office just puts the item in First Class Mail. YOU DO NOT GET A REFUNT OF THE EXTRA POSTAGE FEES YOU PAID!!! This info was provide to me by USPS Customer Service after spending an hour on the phone waiting for help.

  6. I believe the labor board should look into how the U.S.P.S.handles there FMLA leave.I feel that they are violating HIPAA regulations.
