(MOBILE, Ala.) – A student oriented apartment complex near the University of South Alabama finds itself with no mail service from the United States Postal Service.
It’s kind of ironic that the complex would go without such a basic service because Campus Quarters has just about anything and everything a student would want.
But no mail service?
