Postcom: USPS to submit network realignment plan to PRC in mid-September

According to PostCom

The word has it that the USPS will be submitting its network realignment as a major service change to the PRC in mid September. My understanding is that the PRC will have around 90 days to make recommendations to the USPS but has no authority to prevent the USPS from implementing the changes. .

  1. All those crappy craft employees that were promoted from within, some of which have somehow made it to the top of the ladder. They are probably the idiots who want to shut down processing plants and offices to save their job. Save 6 jobs, but screw 300. The Postal Way.

What the USPS needs is a Financial Advisor, someone outside the walls of the USPS. It’s a known fact anyone inside that has any control over things has no idea what they are doing. They prove it over and over every day.
