I also think the PMG will have a job with FED-X. The workers are not the reason the PO is failing. Management is the reason. They have no idea how to run a business and do not care about the workers or the customers. I work in a processing plant as a window clerk, I have been in CFS, FSM, SPBS. CFS mail is now being taken from Montana to Denver, CO and then sent back to Montana. We no longer have acess to COARS to help the customers with mail that is taking too long to get to the new address. Managers do no care about the customers at all. They no longer enter into the equasion at all. All we want to do is give the best customer service we can. We earn our paychecks each day and no matter where you are working in the post office we strive to get the mail to the customer. Management on the other hand is so busy making sure there ass’ are covered they will do anything to further themselves and screw everyone else in the process.

I assume you are referring to the UNION LEADERS, because about $5 Million every two weeks is collected by them in TAX FREE UNION DUES and, yes I said FIVE (5) MILLION DOLLARS. Where does it go? The members don’t even get a free picnic anymore. It all goes up the ARSES of anyone in Washington with a ‘D’ after their name. Just another arm and collection agency for the Liberal party. WHY should union dues be TAX FREE? Don’t tell me about others that don’t pay taxes, just tell me why they should be TAX FREE, when all they are used for is for partisian politics, plain and simple. Yea, yea, I know once you gave a quarter to a conservative and another time you gave 50 cents to another and so on, but 99%, we all know where it goes. Just take a look at all the propaganda mailed to our door, all about the party that is bankrupting this country, just like unions are doing. I know you used to only get $7 an hour and I worked for 30 cents, then 70 cents, then $1.10, and then I joined the Army and made $87 a month, no union, but I moved right on up there. Unions need to quit acting like the liberals and slavery was outlawed years ago, no one should own anyone and no one should demand that you stay on a plantation and keep you mouth shut and walk the party line. Ya better wake up and realize that 5 day is the way to go to save your job. Most of America operates on a 5 day business cycle, why not the USPS. It is all about UNION DUES, TAX FREE, UNION DUES. Nothing more. People needing medicine is just a line to garner sympathey. I have used mail order prescription services for over probably 15 years and NEVER, ever NOT EVEN ONCE have I ever even considered Saturday delivery in the equation. It normally takes a week or less from the time I phone in my order until I receive it. I know that in advance. I usually order when I have about 10-14 days of pills left. Use your head and don’t wait untill the last minute. Lack of planning on your part should not constitute an emergency on the USPS’s part. You can walk in to virtually any post office in the country on any Saturday and you will see a few things. 1. U-carts full of medicine that is curtailed until Monday because it is not 1st class mail. 2. Once carriers depart for the street, there is a significant amount of mail left in the cases because BUSINESS CLOSED SATURDAY. Now you tell me, if they really need Saturday delivery. All about UNION DUES, nothing more. Millions of TAX FREE UNION DUES dollars being spent to lobby congress to kepp saturday delivery, just to protect the TAX FREE MONEY CHAIN.

I believe that by cuting 120000 USPS jobs and placing all those hard working people on the unemployement roles the Economy will tank and the worst depression in the History of this Nation will come to be.
