  2. I am definitely satisified with the tentative APWU contract. It could ve better, but these are hard time. Some of our brothers and sisters are not working at all. Others are working on lower wage jobs, with no protection in place. We are blessed to get a contract. Congratulations to all that worked on it on both Postal management and APWU side.

  8. Am I going to be forced into working a “non-traditional” schedule, say, 4 10hr days. I have a two hour commute because of excessing. Excessing has already screwed thousands of workers. The last contract said no excessing over 50 miles, yet that didn’t stop them.

  16. It’s like, here we go again same scenio. Yes, everything is hurting in this world. But, my 19 yrs in the USPS, I’ ve seen nothing but decline in the USPS and the UNION. I have a seen a decline in my wages, because of mail counts changed to different times of the year (who agreed to that one!) It took me 10 years to get a LLV reestablished on the rural route. What a plan? I have nothing but LEFT OVER equipment from the PAST 30 years to work with. That’s makes me feel good everyday. I do work with the best in the company. That makes the job doable. We do expect a vision from leaders, this has been lacking. And in return we the RURAL CARRIERS TAKE A LICKING. BUT I STILL FEEL OUR FUTURE WILL BE BRIGHTER WITH ALL THAT HAS GONE WRONG. A LEADER WILL COME ALONG!
