Sirs, Perhaps it is time for new leadership. The lack of accurate accounting, reliable communications with Congress and the employees, the apparent " two tier " system of ;aws that the Postal attorney says is in effect, the stated refusal of the Postmaster General to adhere to the President's, Congresses, the public and the employees request of maintaining 6-day delivery and the poor working conditions and morale that exists within the entire Postal Service strongly suggests that a change in leadership is called for.
What other federal agency thumbs it's nose at the President and the Congress, saying, in effect, that it will do what it wants to ?

The mailers already put out mail at a workshare loss to the Postal Service. That is their "discount". To allow them cheaper prices based on mailing MORE product at a loss is asinine. Stop the workshare discounts, then talk about an occasional sale.
