		<description>The Postal Service was NEVER set up as a &quot;business&quot; per se.  It is or WAS a service to the American people.  The &quot;internet&quot; problem is more than one sided.  Yes, it is and has impacted certain mail volumes but that doesn&#039;t mean ALL areas are and will continue to go down.  There is potential to up upwards, especially as concerns the parcel business.  And universal service?  Still quite unique, the only one of its kind, but yeah....let&#039;s bury and forget it.  After all the country itself seems hell bent and determined to self destruct anyway....no one in this country can agree on anything anymore, THAT is your &quot;PERFECT STORM&quot; Wallhopper1.  And the Postal Service will be the last of your worries!!</description>
