		<description>Unfortunately, we the letter carrier&#039;s don&#039;t always know somebody has moved when the customer uses the internet to change there address because the yellow label hasn&#039;t come back from CFS, so we are still delivering the mail for days when we find out. At least with the hard copy you are physically handed a card on the day it stars.</description>
