  1. Why is it always the game of pointing fingers. Management blaming craft for not giving an honest day worth of work or not doing their job at all calling out unjustified…… Craft blaming Management for running the Postal Service into the ground and not filling vacancies!!!! Come on people, it’s technology and economics causing the hard times. It time for everyone to work together to find solutions and save jobs. You can’t send troops into battle that are killing each other because they will not be able to defeat the enemy. Well….. same thing for the Postal Service, stop beating each other up and focus on what needs to be done. Open your eyes to the big picture, stop pointing fingers and get to work on making this organization survive. When former Managemnt and Craft employees stand in the same unemployment line, the segragation of former employee status, level, union or position is not going to matter. SO STOP THE MADNESS PEOPLE!!!! IT IS EXACTLY WHY WE ARE FAILING!!! We need a complete paradigm shift, we need to start thinking OUTSIDE THE BOX!!!

  2. Stop spending those unlimited funds defending managements bad behavior. Stop spending unlimited funds on eeo for cases that are never resolved and are never followed through. Unlimited funding is also used by management and eeo as a means of itimidation. Mr. Potter has maybe less education than I do. Mr. Potter should be fired. The post office has the most legal cases than any other federal agency. The attorneys that drag the cases out along with eeo make more and more money off those unlimited funds. I thought us tax payers pay the federal government? This is where a lot of there money goes think about it. Eeo never sides with the victim. eeo sides with the unlimited funds. That we the employees dont have.

  3. to not me: get a life! Whenever a postal employee wants someone to blame, it is the Union! Guess what? You still have a job, even when the economy is at its worst! You should drop to your knees and thank God that he created Unions for the sake of losers, like yourself.

  4. Have Potter show you his books so you’ll see
the hundreds of millions he’s wasted/given to Accenture!

  5. maybe someone might bring to the meeting the total of one month worth of grievance penalties that the post office has to pay for forever breaking the contract. Maybe someone will ask why they are spending major money to buy flat sorting machine when you are saying volume is down so badly.

  6. yeah, the entire list of witnesses has no clue… especially our union officials, oh wait maybe they’re late for their pre-convention retreat, where they will talk about what theyre going to talk about at the convention…gee what a great union..

  7. Don’t worry everyone. I will discuss what a great job I am doing. And suggest another 39 percent raise for yours truly.

  8. Will they discuss the way management is running the service into the ground. We had a janitor leave 18 months ago, his bid has not been posted and the custodians left are not being given over time to cover his work. Our beautiful building is being neglected. We are understaffed terribly in the clerc area also, and carriers are not being made regulars when one leaves. Lets make this a decent place to work once again. Less managers and more workers. God Bless America!

  9. Remember the PO has unlimited funds. Wasting money is no big deal.
Potter needs another raise for doing such a good job of running the PO into the ground.

  13. Will they discuss postmasters, supervisors, etc delivering 6 inches of missent mail to the correct location each morning. What does that cost the postal service each year. Supposingly, a postal management “Red law” to help meet USPS delivery goals (ie. make those goals so management can receive their pay for performance bonuses regardless of the true cost.
