If we do get put on the clock like city carriers, we will learn to &quot;milk&quot; the clock just as well. A better idea, especially for our customers, is to put city carriers on evaluated time, then see if they work 8 hours a day or ever ask for a 3996.</description>

		<description>Just another joke of overpaid Rural Carriers that already get paid for 9 hours of work a day but actually only work 5 and go home. Rural carriers must really have a good union. I say put them on the clock just like city carriers and see if they still work 5 hours on that route.</description>
