I actually had a stupidvisor tell me that I was not allowed to speak while I was in the office with another carrier. He told me I was only to observe and I was not to speak at all. My postmaster and stupidvisor are so f***ing stupid , that I haven’t lost a grievance in the 3 years that I have been filing. They make it to easy, there is no challenge at all.

I am a APWU steward. At a disciplinary hearing, I asked the supervisor to clarify a question. The supervisor shouted to me, “You are being disruptive and you will sit there and be quiet untill I finish my questions!”
“I said I am here to represent my member.” Befor I could say another word, he said,”You are being disruptive and this meeting is over!”
That is how the USPS supervisors are taught.
