		<description>Hell, the only reason the USPS gets 96% or better on overnight service is because the overnite delivery areas have been halved.  The more automated mail becomes the smaller the overnite area becomes.  If the same overnite area was the same as 20 years ago, the PO would be doing about 50%, not 96%</description>
