  2. yeah, how bout a “held accountable for performance” program, whereby managers will actually be held accountable for some of the terrible, unethical, incompetent, and down-right hostile conduct and performance? f*ckin ridiculous……………how bout they take all those multi-millions o dollars of losses due to hostile work suits, eeo’s, mspb’s, bargaining contract violations, etc. outta their “pay for performance” computations…..can it go in the negative on pay? ha ha lol

  6. Pay for performance? Supervisors and managers don’t perform at all so this pay should egual $0 on average. Pay for harrassment and numbers is more the real situation. Get those numbers up at any cost-it does not matter if the employee gets injured or if the machine overheats and has no maintenence for months or even years so it wears out in less than half its normal lifetime. If managers and supervisors had to pay for injuries and machine overuse they would go broke. This so-called pay for preformance for supervisors and managers is just another ridiculously stupid idea for those who do nothing to get rewarded for incompetince. PITTIFUL.

  8. ah yep. we’ve had five gpmcs fall over cuz the wheels broke off cuz they had been red tagged but the red tag wuz taken off by those who had no time to wait for equipment in gud repair.

They were being towed by tugs whose batteries have to charged every shift cuz new ones cost too much. the battery chargers were modified to charge the type of batteried being used cuz new chargers cost two much. plenty of bonuses oaid on saving the postal service big monies on all this penny pinchings.
